Steel shelving tends to be the best solution to store products that are small or contained in a carton. This is because steel shelving is adjustable and very versatile, it can be configured to normal floor units or high-rise shelving for larger warehouses.

There are also a couple of options available to how the shelves are assembled, choices being, clip assembly or nut and bolt assembly. The clip assembly option is the more popular assembly option of the two options, this is because clips are considered to be easier to assemble than nut and bolt as they are easier to manipulate and there is no use for tools to adjust.

Rivet Shelving

Following steel shelving is rivet shelving, another common warehouse shelving system that is both durable and versatile. Rivet shelving makes no use of bolts or clips. This makes it one of the easiest and quickest warehouse shelving systems to install and is very efficient on larger warehouse projects.

Rivet shelving comes with two options these being; particle board or wire shelving. Wire shelving tends to be more popular than its particleboard counterpart as it can withstand many different temperatures and weather. Another bonus of rivet shelving is its assembly configurations being more flexible to steel shelving allowing more products to be stored.

Wire Shelving

If your warehouse shelving requirement is better circulation or visibility, wire shelving could be a good option. The only problem with wire shelving is that it is not as durable as steel or rivet shelving.

Bulk Rack Shelving

It is great for temporary use, as it is as easy to disassemble as it is easy to assemble. If your warehouse shelving requirement is for hand stacking products it is a great choice.
