Global fulfillment specialist GRL awarded us the complete electrical refurbishment of their 400,000 sq ft Daventry site. Working in conjunction with the client, the landlord and M&E consultant a complete new electrical power installation was sought. Full M&E design calculations were undertaken by ourselves, these included detailed electrcial layout drawings, all calculations & schematics. This project invloved the refurbishment to the existing LV main system, new main panel board, new high level containmnet to feed two new multitiered mezzanine floors, including L2 compliant sub-metered distribution boards to each of the six new mezzanine floors. The project was just part of a site wide refurbishment, that included relighting to all areas and complete new fire detection system.
